By booking a tour with Machupicchu Peru Treks, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or customer service team.
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
2. Tour Itinerary
The itinerary provided is a general outline of the tour.
While we aim to adhere to the stated schedule, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary in the event of weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour are non-refundable.
If we need to cancel the tour due to weather or safety concerns, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen situations, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost belongings.
5. Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit for the tour.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for the activities, for safety reasons.
All travelers must follow the safety instructions provided by our guides.
6. Liability
Machupicchu Peru Treks is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the tour.
We will make every effort to ensure your safety and comfort but are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.
7. Personal Conduct
All travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards others and the local communities we visit.
Any disruptive behavior may result in the cancellation of your tour without a refund.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to process your booking and communicate with you regarding your tour.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
